So I was trying to download this GIF https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/83914689 to make it the art or gif of the day but turns out, I can't download it. I tried the right click but it only allows me to download a part of GIF not the full.

Any tips there on how I can download GIFs?

everything displayed in browser is usually stored in the cache. First clear the cache, then go to web page to view the gif, then look thru the cache folder on your computer.
